Party of 3 Susy's Kitchen is authentic Italian food. It's a one woman shop. She takes your order, cooks the food and brings it. So don't come if you are in a rush. We were a party of three and we had the Bolognese, Sausages, and ravioli. The food was good and tasted fresh. Loved the salad. Happy to support a small business.

Absolutely incredible, authentic Italian food! Everything was fresh and delicious! The short rib raviolis were the best we have ever had. The brisket sandwich was so good as well. The service also was excellent...Susy is so wonderful to chat with. Highly recommend!!!

Susy is amazing! She stays true to her Italian heritage with her authentic recipes and passion for high standards. Susy is the atmosphere! The restaurant is simple, clean, and relaxing. She explains how she prepares and how long it will take to prepare. In a world of instant gratification, it's refreshing to sit back, enjoy friends and family, and anticipate a delicious meal.

The food by Mama Susy is outstanding! And it IS "Mama Susy" who does all the cooking. This is really a hole in the wall. Only in terms of size. It's clean, it's bright. Just in a very small space. She is the real deal, a real native of the cuisine here in the US cooking for us lucky people. She's a solo act. My wife had the herb chicken and I had the lasagna. Both were healthy portions and both very good. We will be returning. She's such a sweet lady. I hope that her business gets traction. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

The house made pasta is great. You can tell care and quality goes into the preparation. The plating (plastic plates and silverware, water bottles) and ambiance is lacking. I would recommend as a good delivery or pick-up spot.

First thing's first this is hands down the best gnocchi I've had in Utah. Beats Per Noi Trattoria, Cafe Molise, and other fancy downtown Italian spots I've tried. Not chewy, just pillowy goodness that melts in your mouth with a delectable pink cream / white wine sauce that I practically licked off the plate. The location is very unassuming. Susy herself was the only one working on a Tuesday evening, our server and chef. The utensils are all disposable and the water comes bottled. Don't let that fool you though because you're there for delicious high quality food and that's what you're going to get!

Great food! Susy used to be out of an airstream and is now in this little unassuming strip mall. She makes everything herself and boy it tastes fresh. 15-20 minute wait after we ordered. I got a Tuscan Chicken Pasta that was excellent and my dad got the mushroom ravioli and I can't say enough about how good it was. Very impressed!

I met some sisters and a niece for dinner on a Tuesday night to celebrate a birthday. We were the only diners there and Susy was the only employee, so she had to serve/cook/clean. I'm sure there are other staff helping on weekends. It is a small restaurant with a big menu. I had the ricotta gnocchi with a pink tomato cream sauce. Others ordered margarita pizza, chicken mushroom ravioli with pesto, and brisket linguine. Everything was delicious!! Water comes in a chilled bottle. There were no desserts available the night we ate--would have been nice to top off dinner with a sweet treat. Next time I'll try other items. It has a large parking lot but can be tricky to enter because it's on a busy corner.
